Ingredients:
- 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken or beef cutlets
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Optional: chopped ham, bell peppers, or onions for added flavor
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a shallow dish, mix breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Dip each cutlet in the beaten egg and then coat in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
4. Place coated cutlets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Drizzle melted butter over the cutlets.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
7. Optional: Add chopped ham, bell peppers, or onions on top of cutlets before baking for extra flavor.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
