- 2 tablespoons yogurt
For Biryani Masala:
- 2 tablespoons coriander seeds
- 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon stick
- 2-3 green cardamom pods
- 1/2 teaspoon saffron threads
Instructions:
1. Cook basmati rice with ghee/oil, salt, and water.
2. Marinate chicken in yogurt, lemon juice, and spices.
3. Cook chicken with onions, garlic, and ginger paste.
4. Mix cooked rice and chicken.
5. Layer rice, chicken, and Biryani Masala in a pot.
6. Cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
7. Serve hot!
